Can RRS systems recognize a Clicker Bot instead of a player? And if this is possible, what will be the consequences? Or how to guarantee the Clicker Bot's behavior as identical and completely reproduced the player's behavior?

The task of RANDOM ROTOR SPEED (RRS) is to change the speed of rotation of the roulette wheel during the spin randomly. Physics breaks. Ballistas nervously smoke bamboo on the side )))

There are no official tasks for recognizing something or someone.

But if variable speeds have been legalized and it is officially visible how the wheel accelerates and then slows down, then adding a TURNOVER OF THE REQUIRED SECTOR at the moment the ball falls = it is technically like 2 fingers on the pavement...

In our city there was a Slovak gambling hall and they had a pneumatic device that "pulled" the wheel and twisted the sectors... I didn't play there for a long time, and stopped completely when the ball fell on 29, I had big bets there, and the chick said "18 WIN" and they counted the loss... I filmed it on my phone and they kept me waiting for 5 days to pay the winnings... === but that's not RRS

As I understand it, when you look at such a roulette, its wheel moves in jerks during the spin?

Not necessarily, it can be either random braking or acceleration depending on how hard the dealer spun the drum. It is very noticeable on all sorts of live roulettes and games using the wheel. All spins +- go the same time, although in real life, it is clear that the faster you spun the drum and gave the ball more kinetic energy, the longer the wheel spins. In short, as far as I understand, the system works opposite to all sorts of programs that can calculate where and when the ball will roll.

The creators of RRS probably took care that the wheel does not spin jerkily, as this will cause players to suspect the fairness of the throws. The variable speeds are smoothed out enough to not hurt the eye, but significantly distort the physics of the spins.
