I have a computer for such purposes - empty.... where is the program?

The program was in #123 but did not load.

The program plays by chance. After two unplayed numbers of one of the chances, it indicates which of the chances to bet on.
If there is a miss, the program waits until 2 numbers of this chance are not played in a row and shows how many have been done
misses on a given chance. The calculation is made for all chances simultaneously. [moderator]
I got into programming in January of this year - (self-taught) - so my programs are simple and clear.
I don't even know words like - (format hard drive - transfer all passwords).
