To understand: 15 million dollars were spent on the interior and exterior decoration of one (!) casino “Mr. Chance” in an already existing hotel in Moscow. Based on this math, literate people counted and realized that it would be better to completely forget about it. It is easier to buy something in fraternal Belarus at a low price and set up a pilgrimage center for players there, knowing the whims of the capricious Moscow public, or to invest in developing related Kazakhstan with its considerable financial possibilities.
