RNG & PRNG

Does anyone know if all roulettes use a pseudo RNG? Are there any roulettes with a real RNG? Let me explain, a real RNG is based on things like the half-life of something, the movement of photons, atmospheric noise and other natural random events. And a pseudo RNG uses a software algorithm with a seed number that characterizes the internal state of the generator, based on which the spin is generated. If there are roulettes with real RNG, write their website addresses.

What a coincidence I've been testing the effect of time for some time. The casino I like to play at from time to time doesn't have a CC and it clearly has a calculator RNG. The downloadable version shows a clock in the top corner that matches not their server, but my PC's time. The point is that you can try betting on numbers that match the current time, because as you know, this is a classic way to take a starting point. Of course, the starting point can vary depending on some internal calculations, but if you go in, say, at 15:15 (increasing your chances) and bet on 15 for some time, then personally in 6-7 cases out of 10 the right number comes up. True, I haven't tested this on a regular basis, otherwise it's pretty boring. But there is some sense in it.

InquisitorEA, what's stopping you from going to Profit Casino (BetVoyager) with CC, creating a new series, and making a random offset on each spin? You'll get a relatively clean RNG.

how exactly the casino gets the numbers is probably unknown, but I am sure that the numbers that come up depend on the bets almost always, so the vaunted generators in the form of devices are PR or at least just a basis for the further chain of the mat device that gives out the final spins

If you are familiar with the mechanism of how a hash is made from a text string, then you probably understand that your program is a random number generator ))))) I don't play like that
