I also need to touch on such an important topic as EXTRACTING COLLISIONS from the adaptive insides of the roulette I already know how to do some of that..........

............ and another funny thing with my style of play to see 4-5-6-5-5-7-9 is almost unrealistic yes I will bet them (implying such a scenario) and bet specifically, but on the scoreboard it will most likely be 4-5-6-23-10-28 - I will not be enough for a bet of 9 )))) how they do it is a mystery, but it is a fact! Another thing is that such quirks of the adaptor force you to look for more flexible schemes of the game and pulling money out of the casino

over time, when the player starts to cut obvious collisions, the adaptive removes them (I haven't encountered this in any casino where I play for a long time) and it is necessary to look for more and more sophisticated options

In the screen Coin_8 you can see how "heated up" Zero spiel. And then, if you enter the game late, #9 plays - "overboard" (Also, as an alternative, #17) (or #28 and #19). That is, insurance won't hurt.
Everything is fine as it is, and it will get even better.

That's true. While playing in one casino, I noticed that after the "hare" (i.e. two repeating numbers) came up, the next ball came up in the same column where the "hare" was. I waited for this and often used it. On the screen Coin_8 you can see how the repeats 29-29, 20-20, 26-26 stick to the 2th column.
Everything is fine as it is, and it will get even better.

Why 11?

It is quite possible, judging by the statistics, that the casino roulette stubbornly did not enter the small series. Someone bet very powerfully there and a situation with a dead half of the wheel occurred. The high roller ran out of money and the ball immediately rolled into the small series. Or after the statistics board was filled with a large series, almost all the players shifted to this zone and the throw at 11 killed the majority of bets en masse.
