1) Do not play for critical money. Fear will go away when experience comes and the deposit will be played automatically with a high % understanding of all outcomes.
2) Goal x2 of invested money.
3) When the game is not going to narrow down in order to lose less. When the game is not going to stop at some small profit, but to make reasonable attempts to increase the profit further. With the right understanding and style of the game, the current minus IF will become the bar to which you need to reach from session to session. The right game, which will lead to a total plus can be 1,2,3 or 10,20,30. Shpilevoy knows how to get out of deep holes on the same wave. It is easier for me to write off losses to zero after 3-5 unsuccessful games and start over from the beginning with small deposits and cover past losses with profit. If the sessions went -$100 -$100 and then I win +$150, then I do not start betting big in order to earn even more, but first I will close the old holes.
The game is not gambling if you know how to win...

+1000

The game should bring joy and pleasure, not anger or mental suffering )))) There is such a correct state, when even having lost, you get PLEASURE. Like in chess, your opponent now turned out to be stronger, but you just transfer the game further... and do WORK ON THE MISTAKES

+ it doesn't hurt to dig around in yourself
fear is generated by circumstances caused by loss, for example, you stole money from your family (your salary, got into debt, etc.) and LOST... got into DEBT and lost... took out LOANS and lost... = i.e. with your own hands you DRIVEN YOURSELF into a dead end in life and doomed yourself to torment

to avoid this nonsense, you need to play strictly within the framework of a normal global BRM

2) The desire to win. This is the other side of the coin. And a pro should have a cool head, cold calculation. Yes, of course, the goal should be to win. But how to formulate all this for yourself? Treat it like chips and the goal is just x2, x3, etc.? Set the goal to solve the number?

I often catch myself thinking that I am completely captivated by the game for the sake of the game = in reality, these are all numbers on the monitor or stacks of tokens in the hands = the goal is to pull more onto yourself... it is clear that with control of the balance and current rates...
but as soon as I REALIZE that this is MONEY and if God forbid I "spend" it in my mind, damn! the game is gone instantly )))) the balance goes to zero (it's good that I'm already at that level when I practically never miss stop losses) and I can close up shop...

that's why you have to "guess the numbers"
i.e. develop a vision of the game and foresee the casino's reaction to your bets

3) BRM. How to build all this? Strategy from a minimum initial IF of, say, 50 USD and up to an IF that does not need to be increased.

hmm-hmm
when you play for months in the overall plus, the IF is not so important, there should be an operating reserve of money and PRACTICAL KNOWLEDGE that it will not be killed ))))
= this comes after hundreds of killed IF and cleansing one's actions from a ton of stupid mistakes

roughly speaking, until you lose 500 times to zero in an attempt to win back the losses of the current session on the last spins, you won't understand that with small bets of -50% (the game clearly didn't go well) there is no point in buttoning up and drowning until the "victorious end", it is better to postpone the game = the casino will not run away anywhere )))) and this add-on to tomorrow's deposit will allow you to stretch the distance in the right place or increase the bets slightly...

///////////////////

Coin plays for millions of hryvnias, it's scary to imagine his IF... and I'm more on the principle of "from rags to riches" = I prefer to gradually spin up fairly small deposits...

I don't know what it means IF that doesn't need to be increased = it's better to increase it at any convenient opportunity and take care not to lose it out of stupidity

for example, I had a good end of August, I entered September with a plus of +5000 usd and in the first 3 days of September I rolled in these 5K and another 2K on top === I decided to highroll from the start....
LOWERED his claims/deposits by an order of magnitude and spent a long time and tediously returning this rapid pro$b

it is clear that IF ONLY... then those 5K could have turned into 20K or 50K in an hour )))) but in fact! THIS ATTEMPT did not work..... I am sure there will be others.... I am sure that somehow it will work and perhaps even surpass my wildest expectations.... BUT you need to be able to wait for a LUCKY TURN (golden finger), be thoughtfully persistent and wisely manage resources

///////////////////

+ we return to "don't play for critical money" = then there are no time deadlines, no mandatory stop wins and desperate actions.... === everything goes on as usual until the game opens up and becomes clear

So that's the problem, that few people can stop at stop losses. People understand with their minds that there is no game and it is waiting, and while there is money on the balance, hope makes them spin longer. Especially since sometimes it works.
If I allocated 1000 UAH for a game, I would immediately say goodbye to it and play calmly even if I break even.
