Something similar was researched a long time ago on the old CMP, it even seems like there was an ancient machine gun.
I couldn't find it off the top of my head, but from memory...

Yes, the specific program doesn't provide specific predictions, but it does provide different groups of numbers and automatically places chips like a clicker. This is analogous to playing the last 9-15 numbers on the statistics board. We exclude from the bet any very hot numbers from the last 100 spins (twice the norm).

Why the program then?
The game is not gambling if you know how to win...

This video is just theory and experimentation. The description of the GUT development is above the video. There are no cold ones there.
