Will you send it?

Need a program (without complexes) to save and track numbers.
That one was the most suitable—I clicked it, the number was recorded, and the computer didn't have to work as hard as it does with, say, Excel. It could even be saved.

This is analogous to playing the last 9-15 numbers on the statistics board. We exclude from the bet any very hot numbers from the last 100 spins (twice the norm).

Why the program then?
The game is not gambling if you know how to win...

Yes, the specific program doesn't provide specific predictions, but it does provide different groups of numbers and automatically places chips like a clicker. The player's task, in my opinion, is to determine which numbers by rank will be repeated (for example, how many spins remain until the next repeat and which number in the row is playing). To achieve this, it would be a good idea to break the divisions in each column into segments of 10 spins. Repeated numbers from 1 to 10 are placed in one column, and those that are repeated again are moved to the second row in the first column if the repeat occurred again within 10 spins. If the next repeat occurred between 10 and 20 spins, then the second row is the second column. From 20 to 30, it's the third column, and so on. The main thing is that the divisions can be embedded into the rows themselves, like in a thermometer with a floating boundary, to increase the frequency of numbers appearing in a dynamic game.
This way, the player will be able to track the dynamics of repetitions of all numbers on the wheel he has chosen.

Something similar was researched a long time ago on the old CMP, it even seems like there was an ancient machine gun.
I couldn't find it off the top of my head, but from memory...
