The issue is that in November 2022, a person submitted a request to exchange 200 USD. The exchange direction was SKRILL - Privat24. They stated that the transfer would be completed within two business days of payment.
EXCHANGEX.BIZ exchanger receives payment and... does nothing!
For two months (!), my paid application has been stuck on the service with no progress.
The money isn't being sent to my bank card (VISA) or returned to my payment system wallet (SKRILL).
It wasn't until January 2023 that an EXCHANGEX.BIZ moderator decided to close the exchange request, and the customer received a notification that they had somehow declined the exchange. This prompted an investigation. It then took a full day (!) for EXCHANGEX.BIZ employees to finally read their payment instructions, realize the customer had already followed them, and decide to proceed with the exchange on January 12th.
In fact, the customer thinks he paid long ago, but the exchange company has been holding on to the money for two months and is simply about to close the unfulfilled order.
