Well, that's it. Now all receipts on a bank card are considered income and must be included in the annual declaration.

18% income tax
1.5% military tax

In this case, all receipts to the bank card from third parties are considered income, and withdrawals and expenses do not concern anyone.

Lawyers explained what tax will be collected and in what cases

The Ukrainian Tax Service reported that no new deductions from transfers on card accounts are planned to be introduced and explained where this information came from. In addition, lawyers explained in which cases taxes will actually be collected.

As tax service specialists explained, information about the tax on bank card transfers appeared after the publication of a letter from the State Fiscal Service, which was in fact fake.

1) The tax authorities will not tax funds that are received on personal cards.
2) Banks do not transmit information about the receipt of funds to your personal cards.

These fakes are spread by referring to the individual consultation number, for which an explanation on a completely different issue is recorded in the register.

Transfers from individuals (individuals) between persons related by family are not subject to tax, or more precisely, at a zero rate.

If a loan repayment is received on the card, then no tax is charged either.

If it is a gift, the tax will be 5% (personal income tax) + 1.5% (military tax).

If this is payment for goods, work, services or rent, then the tax will be 18% (personal income tax) + 1.5% (military tax).

In Ukraine they want to introduce a "new" tax: even prisoners will pay.

In addition, lawyers note that the tax service cannot obtain data on receipts to card accounts. The only exception is only through a court decision.

Information about receipts can be obtained by financial monitoring, but only if the amount of receipt exceeds 150 thousand hryvnia. The bank may require additional documents on the transaction. However, this data will not be transferred to the tax office either.
