Paypal - how to accept cash to your account?

I have a PayPal account in dollars (or rubles). This payment system takes too much interest for transfers and conversions.
In Ukraine, PayPal only works one way - you can pay for something, but accepting cash is prohibited.



The most advanced players in Ukraine bypass this ban by registering their account in the PayPal payment system from another country. They open a bank account there and pretend to be a resident of some other country such as Poland, the Czech Republic, or the Baltic States.

PayPal has been a reliable service for transferring money from abroad since 1998 and is in great demand in the USA and Europe (212 countries are connected to the system).

Unfortunately, in Ukraine only payments and transfers of funds are allowed through this service, and cashing out remains a huge problem.

This causes significant inconvenience to both ordinary people and sellers on eBay and Etsy, where PayPal is the only possible payment option for goods or services rendered.

In general, PayPal allows its users to:
• transfer funds between accounts of the same owner;
• withdraw money from the service to your bank account;
• make online payments;
• connect a PayPal account to your website as a payment method for services.

In Ukraine, only transfers and payments from this list are supported, meaning Ukrainians can only spend money from their PayPal account. All other options remain closed.

If you still want to WITHDRAW MONEY through this payment system, you can use one of the alternative options.

There are several alternative options for receiving funds from PayPal in Ukraine:
• Online exchange offices;
• using electronic wallets;
• through relatives who live abroad;
• registration through another country;
• with the help of intermediaries.
