Even from a Qiwi card (and not from the wallet itself) some people are already having difficulties with replenishment, so my advice to you is to use alternative methods of replenishment and alternative payment systems.
Problems with bank cards, qiwi, Yandex.Money began at the end of 2020 for Russians. There are no such difficulties for Ukraine, so it is best to
open a VISA card (EUR/USD) in Privatbank and use the simple and convenient online payment system Privat-24.
