I have a question. In which bank should I open a visa card? Because the Sberbank card is blocked in PokerStars, PremiumBull, etc. Thanks to everyone for the answers.

As I understand it, first they blocked deposits from Russian state banks and I think for the rest of the private ones, it’s just a matter of time.
Even from a Qiwi card (and not from the wallet itself) some people are already having difficulties with replenishment, so my advice to you is to use alternative replenishment methods and alternative payment systems.

Problems with bank cards, qiwi, Yandex.Money began at the end of 2020 for Russians. There are no such difficulties for Ukraine, so it is best to open a VISA card (EUR/USD) in Privatbank and use the simple and convenient online payment system Privat-24.
