Microloans from MFIs without guarantors - think before you

You need to think about the consequences when you take microloans from MFOs. Taking large loans without guarantors is tempting, but even without that, the astronomical interest rates will become an unbearable burden and a bunch of problems in the event of any delay in payments. People fall into bondage, try to cover old debts with new loans and thereby make things even worse.

Attempts to quickly fight back and get out of trouble end in losses and only accelerate the descent to the very bottom. Fear of debt collectors, prison, and contempt from loved ones pushes a person to even greater mistakes - new microloans, theft, and violation of laws that threaten criminal prosecution.

Propro3107
It all started back in 2008, when I first went into a slot machine hall with friends, then I was really lucky and won something around 700 UAH from 10 UAH. Then, accordingly, I played a lot purely offline, when slot machines were banned in the country, underground casinos began to open, realizing that it was basically impossible to win anything there, I gave up this hopeless business and started to take care of my life, work, and so on. This, of course, radically changed my life for the better.

But one fine evening, sitting at home at the computer and watching YouTube, I accidentally got to the stream of a well-known streamer.... And off we go, at first I played at small stakes and realized that here the slots play completely differently than offline. Payamo, betchan, bitstarz, bob casino, type and so on. I played mainly where soft swiss. At first, I did not feel significant losses, and sometimes I was even in a good plus. But something changed when my friend who is 30 years older than me (at the same time a colleague, a retired military man, an Afghan) in general a cool guy... He asked me to urgently issue him a small loan online on the Internet, well, actually, I helped him do it and accordingly I have his scans of documents, etc.
About two months ago I had an idea to take a small loan and play a little. As you know, there are a lot of similar MFIs, you probably know what the interest rates are. In general, I have taken out 1200 euros from these MFIs at the moment . They all have different repayment periods, the last one is February 12th. The longest ones are January 30th. Accordingly, my friend doesn’t know about all this (I really pumped up his credit history over several months). And now the moment has come when there is no money, almost no work either, I will earn more or less, but this money is not enough just to pay the astronomical interest rates for the MFI and eat something else . There is no option to take out a loan in my name, since I once ruined my credit history with a small credit card. There are also no options to borrow this money from other people or relatives...
Conclusion:
I am not writing this to help, because I know that hardly anyone will help in such situations. I am perfectly aware of my mistakes and what I did. I am writing so that no one ever gets into a similar story. Never, do you hear, never play with other people's money, never take it just to play!!! Never break the law!
It's not worth it.
What will happen to me:
Naturally, this person will soon find out about everything when collectors start calling.
I'm more than sure that he will contact the police...
Well, I'm facing Article 190 of the Criminal Code.
This is how a person who has never had any problems with the law could get into such a mess.
Friends, and this is only 1200 euros. Do you understand? For some, this is a ridiculous amount. And can you imagine how people can get into trouble because of this ridiculous amount of money? Think about how many stories like mine, or similar ones...
I'm 28 years old. Nobody knows about it at the moment except me, and also... I don't know if it's karma, but a week ago I found out from my girlfriend that I'm going to be a dad soon. I guess that's how God punishes you when your child is without a father.
I don't think it's worth giving advice etc. (Earn, lend etc.) I've already thought through all the possible options.
Be human. The casino has no right to control your life.

Another story about how gambling can ruin your life.

excellent

Well, that's it. I've played too much.
And it all started a few months ago, with a video on YouTube, some kind of d#ck that came out of nowhere. I wasn't even gambling back then. I had 70k rubles a month (normal for my region), my wife, kids and I didn't deny ourselves anything, we were planning to pay off the mortgage early...
What now?
An empty credit card, about which collectors have been calling for 3 months, 2 months of unpaid mortgage (the bank threatens to terminate the contract, in which case the house will be sold), 18 microloans. Overdue. They have already started to transfer to collectors, the phone just won't stop ringing.
And only now, being in complete ass, I thought, was it all worth it? Definitely not.
My daughter was born recently, she is only 5 months old now, and instead of playing with her and being happy, I have to sit with a gray face and think, what if there is a knock on the door now? And where can I get money to buy off this fear. No, I am not afraid of collectors, I am afraid of disappointing my family . Any day now they will notify the employer and the lead engineer will gain fame as a dumb player-borrower. Isn't it a shame?
I don't want to be a gambling addict anymore, I don't want to gamble at all, I just want to get out of all this.
Can anyone help me? I'll get everything back. I need 300k rubles to get out of the MFO.
And don't close/delete the topic, let the young curious people first read what kind of future pain this is.

Stay away from pawnshops, loans, microloans, and microfinance organizations.
Never consider playing at a casino as a way to solve your financial problems.
Never gamble with borrowed money.

If you find yourself in a difficult situation with a bunch of overdue microloans, credits, mortgages. Collectors have already taken you into development, the bank demands immediate repayment of debts.
Giving advice is a thankless task.

You should have thought with your head BEFORE getting into this swamp.
The problem is that there is easy access to fast loans, microfinance organizations. You stretch out your hand and take it. But you have to give back your own money and with wild interest rates.

the worst thing to worry about in this case is the mortgage because the housing will be taken away through the court, but only by a court decision, and not by termination of the contract, the MFO will call, write to whom you left your work phone number, they can call at work, using in this case this as another way to put pressure on the debtor, then they will sell the debt to collectors and they will call and write, then they will offer amnesty and return the principal of the loan, here either pay a huge percentage or not pay at all, they are unlikely to go to court. No one will do any mockery to the family, the laws for the activities of callers were made for a reason. Banks most likely do not give a loan because of the mortgage, because MFOs do not enter delinquencies into the BCI so quickly.

find money and pay off debts, then pay these 300k to the lender, not at such a usurious percentage as with MFOs.

if you can't pay them, then
you need to pay at least 100 rubles and that's it, then you can not pay (like that there were payments after all), then just send them, they will not do anything to you, so continue working, pay for the mortgage, walk with your daughter, and about this period of time you will only be reminded by letters in the mailbox. To stop them from calling, install an anti-collector application and that's it. The main thing is to pay for the mortgage, otherwise where will you live.

There is no need to be afraid of publicity at work - normal friends, acquaintances, etc. will stay with you, and you don’t need the rest in your life.

Maybe you want to close your loans and live a quiet life - but as soon as you get your hands on the money, it will be immediately bribed to the casino. Even if you manage to get out of it, it will simply postpone the problem. What especially pisses me off is how you hide behind your family. You need to think about your family - when you took out your first loan to gamble! And now you've borrowed a bunch of money - you're worried about your family. The worst thing you can do is lend money to a gambling addict.

A smart person would find a creditor (if possible, an individual or a legal entity), pay off all urgent debts, and then quietly pay off the creditor himself in installments. But the author will not find such a creditor. So, everything himself.

You won't be jailed for fraud and misdemeanors. No previous convictions, no recidivism, most likely good references, the amount is small, not even large. In the worst case scenario, a suspended sentence and payments to the victim, or labor work for half a year and payments to the victim.
A lesson for the future. Once you've sorted out this situation, don't be cheeky anymore) otherwise you may not get a second chance to bounce back with a light fright.

The worst thing for FRIENDS private creditors or guarantors is not when the debtor does not pay, but when he gets lost and lies. I myself had a shitload of debts, but I always stayed in touch. Everyone always knew how I was doing and what they could take from me) Well, yes, you will never be awesome in the eyes of a friend or loved one again. But if the collectors come to him first, and not you - then nothing good will shine for you for sure.

Taking loans for the sake of gambling and subjecting yourself and your loved ones to such torture is the stupidest decision. I have never done it and I do not advise others to do it. Not only for the sake of gambling, but in general.

Masters of the highest credit aerobatics - this is when loans are taken in increasing order in order to cover each other.
This often happens in business, but then there comes a time when there will be no next loan.

immortal

I've been with MFOs for a year now, I think. Once I had no money at all, not a penny, but I urgently needed it, I saw an ad for Webbanker, took 5k without interest. It seemed cool, I returned it in a week, I didn't lose anything. Then I took 15k without interest in another place, but I still didn't have the money to return it on time, I had to take 15k in a third place to pay off the debt. No money, there is a debt, I don't know what to do. Take it from the place where I just closed it, but now at interest! That's what I did. Thus in 3 months I collected 11 MFO loans, with a total repayment amount of over 300k. For a long time I couldn't close anything at all, I could only extend the loan. At the same time, you lose money and the amount of debt does not decrease, you live in perpetual cheerfulness, and think - where to get more money. At the moment, there are 4 loans left, and a clear understanding - it is better to starve for a week than to take another microloan, it is a real swamp!
I had to turn to an MFO because I already have 2+ debts to friends and banks :) And a couple of years ago I couldn’t even think about this...

You will always pick up the phone. Personally, I have never talked to the kols, they called my mom once because of that =) I don't know about Ukraine, but in Russia no one comes home from online microloans. They usually just sell your loan to other people, and so the loan amount gradually decreases, a year ago I paid off my last loan for 2700 rubles, although about 20k had accumulated in interest over the year) No one even called anymore, they sent letters once every six months. At first with threats that they would come to seize property almost tomorrow, then the tone changed to something like give us some money, please, we will give 30% of this money to sick children. =)) In short. If you want to delay as much as possible and have enough time ALWAYS PICK UP THE PHONE, you can immediately tell the collectors that you will pay back in 3 months, just say it right away and hold your position, they will not do anything and most likely will not call anyone else. (Again, the situations in Rashka and Ukraine may differ, I speak for Russia.)

Regarding the author's portrait, naturally he has a million loans in the microfinance organization, they don't give a shit about your credit card, half of the microfinance organizations - that's for sure. I calmly took out microloans with overdue payments on the credit card and on the loan and on other microfinance organizations. But I want to justify the author regarding his actions. Imagine that you had the data and the opportunity to take out a loan for someone, without any problems right here and now in the wildest mess. When I imagined such a situation in my own skin, I remembered what states I was in, and I will say that most likely I would also take out a loan for another person. I think that everything will work out for the author, he will play in the casino only with his own money and little by little, he will have a wonderful child and everything will be fine! ) Good luck to you. If I could, then you can get out of the ass too) I myself now have two children, I rarely go to the casino and leave very little money there, I have long since closed the whole ton of loans.
