Linking a bank card to webmoney gives the opportunity to deposit/withdraw (purchase/sale) webmoney in Ukraine through exchange offices. This method of deposit/withdraw is currently the only one left, due to the blocking of WebMoney.Ua accounts

This is convenience and the ability to input/output to a linked card at any time of the day or night. Linking is done only once (until the card expires). As soon as the bank card expires and the bank client is issued a new card, it is necessary to go through the linking procedure again.

How to link a plastic card to WebMoney in Ukraine 2018?

A bank payment card is considered verified if it:

attached to your Z or E wallet or issued by the WebMoney Cards service
linked to your R wallet via the Account Linking Service
a photocopy (scan) of the personal bank card verified by the Certification Center staff
A list of all verified bank cards can be found on the certification center website.
Verified cards are marked in this list with a special color and icon.

Checking a personal bank card

Verification of a personal bank card is performed for holders of formal (or higher) certificates. If you do not have a formal certificate, get one.

Verification algorithm:

Please provide your bank card details (card number and type);
Upload a color scan or photo of the front side of your bank card, as well as a color scanned copy of the passport page with your photo (if this has not been done previously). Do not upload the back side of the card (with your signature and CVV2 code). It is not needed for verification or attachment.;
Wait for the verification to complete, which usually takes 1-2 business days. After verification, you will receive a notification via email and internal WM-mail.
After verification is complete, the bank card is considered linked.

The binding procedure was carried out on the Ukrgarant website — WebMoney.Ua. But due to the blocking, the binding of a bank card to WebMoney for Ukrainian users was postponed and simplified. The system takes care of its clients, which is very pleasing.
Since July 2018, linking Ukrainian bank cards to webmoney has been carried out on this service — banks.webmoney.ru.
Previously, on this resource it was possible to link a card only if you are a resident of the Russian Federation. At the moment, linking is also available for Ukrainian users.
It is worth reminding inexperienced users of the system that to link a card, at least a formal certificate is required. It is not difficult to obtain, you only need to fill in your passport data at passport.webmoney.ru.

Let's look at how to link a Privatbank card to Webmoney.

Step 1. Go to the service for linking cards banks.webmoney.ru
Step 2. Click the button - "Attach"
Step 3. Log in with your keeper (if authorization has not occurred before). Please note that to attach a card/account, you must log in with confirmation.
Step 4. Select a wallet to link (we recommend using the wmz wallet).
Step 5. Enter the card details on this page.

A small amount (up to 1 USD/EUR) will be debited from your card, which will be returned soon.
In the Internet bank of your bank, the card of which you want to link, the confirmation code (PIN) will be indicated in the payment note. (For example: … PAYMASTER24, PIN AA1B …).
