Problems with withdrawing money from online casinos

Grindan wrote: First, a little about myself: In casinos since 2003, in online casinos since 2010. Periodically I play a lot, sometimes in stagnation. Accounts in more than 50 casinos, most of them in the RU segment. I do not indulge in no deposit bonuses, I take bonuses as needed. I do not know whether the competition prompted me to write this article, or maybe I just got fed up lately, since casinos are getting wilder more and more, but I will try to describe those situations when you seem to already smell the money in your hands and mentally note the next win with friends, but there is still no money from the casino.... So, my friend, you played well, even won something. You put it on withdrawal and think that all your problems are behind you. But this is far from the case. They can only just begin and stretch out for quite a long time. You have already been told everything about bonuses in other threads and shown the risks you may face, but let me help you with some advice if you do get into trouble when the casino does not want to pay, delays with winnings, confiscates funds, cancels winnings, etc. All from my own experience and that of other players. I hope that this can also help other players who have already played quite a lot. In the end, I will describe more general instructions on what to do if you think that the casino is completely wrong. So, let's get down to the essence and cause-and-effect relationships: 1) The casino requires a bunch of documents and, as it seems to you, deliberately asks for new documents each time, just to avoid paying. Reason: the casino deliberately delays the payment in order to anger you and force you to play with them the next time, or even better, to drain your legal winnings. Your actions: do not panic, since the casino, according to the rules, has the right to request documents to verify the account. Sometimes a passport is enough, but there are times when the casino may require notarized documents to be sent to a specific address by mail. The latter option is rare, but you should be prepared for it. Write to them by mail as much as possible, as well as to online support, demanding that your requests be forwarded to managers. Look for a representative on forums or websites and ask through him or her that the documents be reviewed on time. Demand confirmation from online and e-mail support that they REALLY received your documents for verification and that they are of proper quality. If possible, do not allow yourself to play with them until they at least start withdrawing funds. And control yourself, so as not to get another attack of gambling addiction. There were times when it took up to 3 weeks to check through the security service, but often everything ended well. 2) The casino wrote off part of the winnings due to the bonus policy of the parties. Reason: the bonus you took had the maximum possible winnings. Most often it occurs with no deposit bonuses, when, for example, from a no deposit of 20 dollars you can withdraw no more than 100 USD. Or with special promotions and first deposits, when it may be indicated that the withdrawal amount cannot exceed x10 of the bonus amount. Your actions: always carefully read the bonus policy, as well as the requirements for the bonus. It often happens that a player took a no deposit, won it back, and then made a deposit and won from the deposit on top. In such cases, the casino should always clearly and in detail describe the mathematical component in which part of the winnings was written off. Always cancel old bonuses that are hanging on your account so that this does not happen. If you have won back the no deposit, it is better to withdraw it first than to make a deposit. Let's consider an option on one case from casino x. The first deposit on the bonus has no more than x10 of the maximum possible withdrawal. For example, you made a deposit of 25 USD, received a bonus of 50 USD. But you lost. And the old bonus was not canceled! Made a deposit and spun from it. And then suddenly the system of this casino cuts your winnings as a result to 500 USD. This casino has a simply disgusting reputation, so they will only tell you that the system did this automatically, then everything is correct, which means you are not entitled to anything and your deposit, roughly speaking, just flies into the owner's pocket. This was a real case with one player. So once again: if you lost with a bonus - cancel it without fail! Otherwise, it will be difficult to present anything to the casino. 3) The casino canceled your winnings due to "intentional bonus laundering" or abuse. Reason 1: you took a bonus or bonuses and played very hyper-dispersive slots, such as 300 shields, doa, in order to either greatly raise funds in the account, or quickly lose them. This is a common system of bonus abuse and, therefore, sometimes, ordinary players who did not even think of doing such a thing fall under its actions. Reason 2: you took a bonus and played accumulative slots, like Castle Builder, where the main win comes after filling the "resource" scale. As a result, the bonus is used to fill this scale, then the bonus is lost or cancelled, real funds are deposited without a bonus, the cream is skimmed off the "resource" scale, profit. It falls under abuse. Reason 3: the stakes were higher than specified in the rules. Yes, yes! If you take a bonus, they can also tell you what the maximum bet you can play at. Otherwise, situations arise when a player takes a bonus and starts playing at very high stakes right away in order to quickly either fill a large balance and launder the bonus calmly, or already lose and take a new bonus. Your actions: it is often decided individually. As an example, recently one player had 8,000 USD confiscated for winning 300 shields for reason 1. The winnings were made from a deposit of 25 USD. It happened in the Casumo casino (a very large one, with all the licenses, audits and other scum). The money was not returned, only 1 deposit was left for withdrawal. Your actions: unfortunately, each case is individual. Here it is better to first go to a dialogue with the support - the casino management, without falling into a rage, otherwise they simply will not communicate with you. But in most cases, use the "instructions" below. To be continued....

Any player knows that you can only deposit money into a casino from your own payment account. When you pay from someone else's account, the casino will freely accept the deposit and let you play. It may even issue small withdrawal requests a couple of times.

But as soon as you make a request to withdraw a more or less decent amount, confiscations of money and blocking of the account will begin. They will have 100% grounds to take all your money.

I want to start by saying that I am certainly to blame myself and should have familiarized myself with all the rules in advance, before making a deposit, but I didn’t do that.

The situation is as follows, I deposited 3000 rubles + a bonus of 100%, played the wager and withdrew 30,000 rubles, then I gradually poured all the money back in 2 days, on the last deposit of 3900 I bought a bonus game at a rate of 40 rubles and won 78976 rubles. Then I received free spins from which I was able to choose and tear off the wager from and I had 88036.5 on my balance, which I tried to withdraw.

Then they ask me to verify my account, I send my passport details and a screenshot of the Qiwi wallet, the administration had no questions about my passport details, but they did have complaints about the fact that the Qiwi wallet was not registered in my name. (a small note: this wallet is registered in my mother's name, I have been using this wallet since school, when I did not have the opportunity to register a wallet in my entire name) As a result, according to the rules, they confiscated it from me, I wrote to them and am writing to you that I am ready for any checks. I am ready to prove that the money that came to my mother's Qiwi wallet came from my bank card.

Why can't I deposit from my bank card?
First and foremost: The bank blocks the payment, and this started for me at least a year ago. I couldn’t deposit from a card, so I first transfer to Qiwi and then make a deposit.

It is worth noting that this is not the first year that I have been puddling and have successfully passed verification in other casinos. When sending the same data for verification, it never even occurred to me that there could be any problems.
What prevents the casino from checking the payer and the account when accepting a payment?
- How come the system doesn't catch deposits made from someone else's payment system and is ready to accept at least a yard of rubles from it, but when you put a kopeck on withdrawal, the alarm immediately turns on. This is real fraud, pure and simple. At the very least, the casino MUST return all deposits from this Qiwi.

What should the player do?
- You could have changed the name in the source code via Chrome! Then take a screenshot with your name. How could you screw up like that?

Whenever a large amount of money is withdrawn, the casino tries NOT to pay out.
They have a lot of tricks.
The most stupid thing is to baselessly and without evidence accuse someone of having multiple accounts and permanently block their profile. This kind of casino behavior is a complete scam, which shouldn't exist in normal gambling!

/////////////////////
We have all long since outgrown the level where we play in casinos using other people’s devices or make a deposit using other people’s bank cards.
These are typical reasons for refusal to pay out winnings.

To avoid problems with withdrawals, I almost never even use deposit bonuses...

//////////
I'm "all clear" except for PATIENCE )))
Cosmolot Casino delays payouts as much as possible, but pays out slowly...

Vladimir VP
Why didn't you make the payments? (Like, "They're fucking with me," it doesn't work! - you're the one... Contrary to all the advice, it's 100% true). Why did you even show up there? Do you think they'll let you play again after this? And pay you? And again, contrary to all the advice - don't show off? Sorry, I can't give it a thumbs up!
Thanks for the comment, and yes, fair enough...

Why didn't you make the payments?

a) It's not critical, I received most of it, plus I'm on an upswing now = payments are coming from other places
b) I'm fed up, it was a gesture of protest... but spontaneous and ill-considered = it's my mistake, I agree
But I hate it when casinos screw players!
=== Kosmolot has an official license, it CANNOT have problems with banks and their payment systems.... only with solvency and the desire to pay.
==== when they pestered me with cancelled applications, I specifically asked two friends to play with them and withdraw (one withdrew amounts of about 1000-2000 UAH, and the other withdrew 30,000-50,000)... their applications were NOT cancelled and they did not write about technical problems!
c) I wanted to quickly figure out the tax bonus = how everything works there

Do I regret giving them such a big chunk of the pie? I guess so... but it could have been completely different.
They delay payments, and in return I return the amount of their debt to the original....
I'm having this with others right now ))) They pay 100,000 a day (they can't close it right away), and I get the money and immediately play almost everything back from the remaining debt === because the leverage is huge... I'm afraid they'll eventually freak out and refuse to let me play on their platform altogether...
=== This scenario didn't work with Kosmolot

/////////////////
"They will allow you to play"
= Of course, in their eyes I'm just an ordinary high roller gambler who just got lucky )))

///////////////
"and they will take them out"
= This is bad because when the casino sees a "nervous breakdown," the next time in a similar situation they'll drag it out much more... that's why you need to hold your ground and wait for the full withdrawal...

Once or twice a player clearly displays the delay + public disclosure === the casino will understand that the delay doesn't lead to savings, but only damages their image. They'll start operating normally.

It was a beautiful win!
I was expecting a beautiful ending in the form of payment.
There is still a bad aftertaste!!! :(
Received 60-70% of the winnings.
I don't agree with the statements and claims about myself there in Cosmolot (I don't play there myself). But I imagine that any negative advertising there doesn't work. They'll keep working like that.

100%
All these self-consoling stories about "I'm expecting a win from every angle" and "I've run out of room to play" are nonsense. A gambler plays with all their heart to win, to get it. You won, and you just had to get it—that's the simplest thing.

And how about your 200K+ win on black chips in 20 minutes?
Where's the smarts? I turned the adaptive system against myself, and even the ball throws show the pulls and pushes.

You may be OFFERED to play on someone else's account...
=== THIS IS 100% ACCOUNT BLOCK

Many casinos may overlook a minor wank from a third-party IP, but they will DEFINITELY remember this even in a year, when the question arises about withdrawing a large win.
For multiple accounts, winnings will be cancelled and both the account on which the game was played and all accounts linked by IP will be banned.

Never play on other people's accounts or let others use yours.
