Feedback complaint about casino "Pobeda" from gamerpro2
Hello everyone!
I haven't played here at Pobeda Casino for a long time... but I was playing well (deposits of 1k USD and 0 for withdrawal), but everything changed on May 1, 2019.
Having made several deposits at the Pobeda casino, I came out on top - I set it to withdraw and as usual they asked for a photo of the card, passport, etc. I sent everything in several variations and a miracle, I passed verification (see screenshot) and I received a withdrawal of $6,500.
After that I started actively depositing and playing, I got lucky at roulette and the withdrawal amounted to $22,800.
02.05.19 my payments to Pobeda casino were not processed, they were rejected with the reason of technical work, etc.
After waiting a week, my account was successfully blocked for the reason of multi-vodstvo (this is true - I had an account before, but I never took bonuses and I had not logged into the old account for more than a year). The administration knew about this and approved my payments, because I was always in the black. I probably poured in about $100 thousand in all this time.
So... 05/07/2019 I try to log into my account at Pobeda Casino, and it is blocked for multi-voting, although I passed verification on 05/01 and they told me to play and you will be happy. BUT the casino held back the payment of $23k and decided to scam me. In my understanding, if they approve your payments + say that you have passed verification, then play boldly and don't worry.

Player romanvdc has been registered at this casino since March 2018, verified and has withdrawn money multiple times.
On April 9, he withdrew the amount of $144,500.
At first, the casino support talks about problems with the bank due to the huge number of transactions. The player waits a whole month (more than 30 days have passed) and receives a response from the financial department to his next request that payments over 500,000 rubles are paid within 60 days.
But the playerVictory does not receive money in equal shares, or in full, or at all. The casino manager completely ignores him, the complaint is closed, the money is not paid.
Delays in payments make players nervous and many continue to play while waiting for the money to be withdrawn.
The casino is waiting for the player to lose all his winnings.
But in the case of romanvdcdelaying the output did not work:

2) if iProfit I know, then romanvdc seems to me to be a fictitious advertising account of Pobeda itself.
when they write complaints on gaming forums that someone won $100,000+ in 99% of cases this is how the casino advertises itself. Complaints are published for free (this is not considered direct advertising, but rather anti-advertising), but then it turns out that the player himself is a sucker, did something stupid and the casino reasonably refused to pay.
