CASINO is a disaster and a big test

I had a situation where they gave me 10,000 at work and I had to give it to our partner in the city.
The meeting was at 15:00. I arrived at 13:30 and it was 1.5 hours.
I went into the hall and decided that with a bank of 10,000 I would quickly make myself +2000 and everyone would be happy.
I was wildly confident of winning and I started playing with all my money at once.
After min -3000 the winnings came in and I withdrew at 12000, just as my partner was calling and was already looking for me on the street.
I gave him 10,000 and went home with 2,000.

Now I remember that incident and think with horror, what would have happened if the winnings had not arrived???? :pinch: How to explain and get out of the situation, where did the money go.
