Khamilion, greetings
Thanks for the feedback, even though it's not the most pleasant.
I'll try to clarify the questions above, but since a lot has been written, I might miss something. Feel free to ask more.
You can order withdrawals to SBP, Card, Yumani, up to 90k per day (split into several transactions).
In order to order another withdrawal, you do NOT need to wait for the previous application to be approved.
You can also order simultaneously on the SBP, card, Yumani, etc.: the 90k limit applies to each payment separately.
We don't delay payouts—on average, withdrawals take 4 hours. If you're worried about losing your funds, you can freeze your account for 24 hours in just a few clicks.
If you use cryptocurrency, the withdrawal amount is 500k per transaction. If necessary, we can increase the limits individually.
Regarding purchasing bonus games, some providers do have a 2,000 limit. Unfortunately, we can't change this for most games, as providers don't allow you to distinguish between regular bets and bonus purchases. Nolimit City does offer this option, and you can purchase bonuses for a larger amount.
In addition, we plan to raise the overall betting limit, which will also increase the opportunity to purchase games.
A special note about payment systems for Russian players: currently, working with them is quite problematic: very high deposit and withdrawal fees, and the unstable situation with all banks, making it extremely risky to keep funds in rubles to maintain the necessary casino balances. Therefore, we have limits on both deposits and withdrawals.
Over the past few months, the situation has stabilized somewhat, which gives us hope that it will be possible to increase both overall and per-transaction limits.

You're being very disingenuous and apparently deliberately concealing one important point! Why don't you mention that the maximum one-time withdrawal (to a card and SBP...) that can be requested is only 25,000? Why don't you mention that there's a significant commission for second and subsequent withdrawals per day? Why can I make a one-time deposit of 60,000 via SBP and a card, but only withdraw 25,000? Why don't most casinos that work with Russia charge withdrawal fees (for the first, second, etc. per day), while you charge... Why do their one-time withdrawal limits (for cards and SBP) are high (and this is not so and does not matter if they do not have withdrawal fees), while yours are small... I withdrew more than 70 thousand in a one-time withdrawal from Crypto Boss, and more than 50 thousand in Strada. Why do most other casinos withdraw within a few minutes (especially at Crypto Boss), in some cases up to an hour maximum, while yours takes 4+ hours... I think, and probably many will agree with me... If you allow a one-time deposit of 60,000 (by cards and SBP), then you must also make a one-time withdrawal of 60,000. Of course, there is a commission This is also too much for the conclusion...

The limits apply to Russian payment systems (cards, SBP, Yumani, and Monetix). The commission is fixed and amounts to approximately 1.3%. If you don't want to pay the commission at all, you can withdraw the entire amount in cryptocurrency. Or, you can withdraw rubles commission-free once every 24 hours.
Regarding questions about "other casinos": Honestly, I don't care why they have certain conditions for withdrawals, deposits, bonuses, and so on. In many cases, they're not even casinos at all, but rather a proliferation of Softswiss skins. Our casino has been around for over seven years, and during that time, dozens of casinos (Betchan and others—I couldn't even find their names on the forum) have appeared and disappeared, at best, without ripping off players. We have our own license, payment methods, and rules.

You again? I'm about to withdraw 1,000 rubles and I'm getting a 400 ruble commission, which is 40 percent. I've probably recouped my deposit tenfold... Please, don't lie... You say the withdrawal commission is 1.3 percent, but in reality it's between 1.6 and 40 percent!!!
You're suggesting I extend the fun and withdraw my winnings in instalments of no more than 13,000 rubles, paying 1.3 percent interest. Great job, guys. But after the third withdrawal a day, it'll still be 400 rubles per payment. Basically, you're muddying the waters. You're simply delaying withdrawals, that's all. I've just seen this from a real-life example, not from someone else or something I've read, but from my own.
As would have been the case with other casinos I've played, and I've already given an example of a casino... Two days ago, I would have withdrawn the entire amount in a few minutes, all at once, to my card... But with Vibe, this "pleasure" will stretch out over two weeks (yes, yes, I don't want to pay exorbitant withdrawal fees and be in such a fuss anymore...) Good luck to all!

In your case, since the withdrawal amount (total for 24 hours) is more than 13,000, the commission for the second and subsequent withdrawals will be 400 rubles. Again, you can withdraw all funds to cryptocurrency without a commission and in one payment, but you'll have to pay >4% for the crypto-to-ruble exchange at the bank...
I'm sorry that the obviously stated fees seem like a scam to you, you should check the terms and conditions before you start playing.

I just see other bastards (I gave examples) who don't do such crap... And without interest, with a one-time payment, they would have withdrawn the entire amount to my bank card in a few minutes... And Vibe... everything has already been said... (and it's sad...) I'll have to beat the drums and tambourines and dance... both joyfully and sadly... ))) But I've learned my lesson and I don't really want to anymore... after all, there are other normal people.
