Played a replay with neighbors 32 and 24.
When I ran out of money, I spun it to see what happened next in the series of spins.
And there!!!

From the moment where the money ran out there is a super collision and not a single win for my bets.

Hello everyone! The profit does not clearly describe the use of prize chips in the polygon. Having 40 chips, is it possible to put not all the chips on the field? and leave them for the next round? The description confuses that before the start of the second round, all the remaining chips are automatically put up regardless of you (if you did not put them up yourself). And no payments are made for chips due to hitting the number --- question: so what then goes into the next round?

I paid attention to the generation of the CC. And I see that they play very strongly on mental models. The player forms behavioral reactions to the situation (and this is a natural instinct). Everything seems to be going well, even with varying success, but still going well. But then the CC gives out such combinations on which all your strategic approaches do not work, you look at this and the psyche does not believe what is happening. Not a single combination of numbers, reversals, finals, accelerations of the sixline, sector on the track works. A drain occurs, then the CC gives out working combinations for a couple of series, and you look at this and understand that you have caught a stupor. The psyche does not grasp the logic. Then the CC again gives out all sorts of gibberish, and for a veeeery long time. It turns out that it wasn't you who went fishing, but they went after you, they paint over some combination of numbers, necessarily spontaneously and one-time, and they catch you when you start to catch this combination. THIS is all clear about the casino, they act in their own interests. But how to learn to quickly change your psyche's shoes, it goes by inertia, and you shoot off a dunce when you're already sitting in the bushes.

Take a simple "home" Excel RNG. There are no setups, adaptive, CC and nothing similar at all. And there is no mental model. It just gives out random numbers. Everything is honest))
So what, can you beat him? On a specific short sample - maybe. But on another, or on a long sample - no. And then what's the point of complaining about some logic or psychology. There is no logic or psyche in randomness. And there are no "number combinations, reversals, finals, sixline accelerations" and other fantasy. There are strict probabilistic laws. They cannot be defeated by any behavioral reactions or changing the shoes of the psyche.
Strategic approaches - yes, it is possible. But to develop such an approach, you need to at least clearly understand the essence of the problem. Have a task statement. If there is no statement, there will be no solution.

In the polygon drawing, you decide how many and how to place chips for the 1st round.
Only those chips that were in the number that came up move on to the next round.
If you haven't placed them during the 15 minute break between rounds, then Profit will automatically place 0-1-2-3-.... 1 chip at a time, as long as it takes.

Of course, no payments are made ;-) Ideally, you can pass all three rounds with 1 chip, but for this you need to guess all 3 numbers in a row.

And don't forget that after each round there is an opportunity to sell your current achieved result for money.

It's a shame that you can't exchange dollar chips for cents at this site)))
