You really have broken the integrity of the data associated with this account. 1) We apologize for the inconvenience, this happens sometimes. 2) Log in to your Profile (forum tab) There should be - a) a big chip drawn b) a non-zero trust limit c) login and password FOR LAUNCHING THE BOT specified 3) If this is not the case, then try to go through a new registration - create a new account. Then check p.2 in the profile on the forum.
